In 1999, he acquired the Haute-Terrasse castle located in Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux AOC, neighboring name of Saint-Emilion.The area of the vineyard is 5 hectares. Pascal and his wife Véronique currently manage the various farms. After long years of reasoned agriculture, they have now been an organic farming since 2018, the label of which they have acquired in 2021.
